Makro Online is the worst

I had the worst online experience. My payment of R1400 was deducted, but the company claims my order never went through and that no money was taken. Despite providing proof and bank statements, the issue remains unresolved. The finance team promised to respond, but two days later there is still no resolution. I urgently request my money to be refunded.
