Makro online is the worst

I bought 4 tables at Makro, listed as gold marble 60cm by 80cm, I received yellow tables that are 50cm by 70cm.

Because I needed them urgently I bought others listed separately and they also came to me wrong. I logged a return and got an auto message that they will arrange collection in 2-4days, it’s been 10 days. I have tried following up many times This is extremely inconveniencing as I had to borrow money and buy the tables on Takealot which came to me in 2 days in perfect order. Now I have almost 10k at Makro and I’m not getting any help. Ref for the return #MAK*** & #MAK*** Ref from me following up on them *** & ***

The items were collected 10 days ago, I haven’t heard anything from you, I called and the lady who answered couldn’t even see on her side that the items were collected, no communication, no refund, 10 days later you’re still waiting. What is going on?
