Makro Online is the Worst and Misleading

Makro’s online has the Worst Customer Service Ever. It’s been 2 weeks and no one can tell me where order , unless I call that’s the only time I receive updates I bought some a few items on the 04 of December and some items were partially delivered. On the 07 of December I received an sms notifying me that the remaining item has been handed over to the courier company which was a lie. They are very misleading and their customer service centre does absolutely nothing to assist. When you call or send an email you get the same response that your matter has been excaleted. Woodmead Makro is the worst they do not care about customers nor have a sense of urgency. I will stick to Takealot next time thanks. I will never and I repeat never ever purchase anything online from that store!!!!
