Makro Online is the worst and a total waste of time!!!

I've recently purchase a device from Makro online and received an open box with parts missing. I request a replacement and got no response until I complained on Hello Peter. Then Makro contacts me to arrange for collection of the device which was 28 February. I haven't heard back again and unable to track my return. I've tried getting feedback but no response.

Makro's service and processes are pathetic to say the least!! The only time someone responds is when you complain here. I'm having the worst experience purchasing from Makro Online and would NOT recommend anyone use it. There are way better sites to purchase from that actually works and not have to beg for your goods.
