Makro Online is the worst

I ordered online on 09 October 2023 and every time I checked the status of my order it was showing order confirmed. I then called Makro after 5 days to find out what was happening only to be told that what I ordered was out of stock and I will be refunded. Today is the 6th of November 2023 and I have not received my refund. I was asked to send a copy of my ID and my banking details which I did on the 15th of October but only received an email that the order was cancelled on the 18th October and the email indicated that it takes 2-10 working days for refunds to be paid but up until now no refund has been paid. I keep getting excuses that its been process but hhayi this is K*k i need my money back.
