Makro online is the worst
Purchased online. Item wasn't suited for me. Returned item via the online return process. It was noted a refund would take 7 to 13 days. It's been 16 days and when I call in they say they will escalate the matter and once they review.... It will take 7-13days. Nothings happened at all since I've returned the item.
