Makro online is the worst

Buying from Makro online has been the worst online experience I have ever had. I placed the order and then they delivered an electronic item with courier guy, courier guy is known for mishandling and damaging parcels, and it was so my box was completely smashed, the box was wet and broken and the item was falling out on the one end. I immediately logged a return and refund. This was 6 weeks ago I have phone numerous times to follow up regarding my refund and I only get a call centre saying they will escalate.

Do not support this platform they are absolutely terrible!
