Makro Online is TERRIBLE

Makro Online has terrible customer service which is not only inaccurate,it's blatant ignorance combined with zero accountability.Three weeks ago ,I paid for perfume online and was told it will be delivered in 3 days .Now 3 weeks later I still have nothing !!! I've called the customer service line and they refuse to put me through to their manager,claiming it's sorted .I've sent emails and they promise to send me a message when the order is out ,but till now ,nothing has been received.I don't even know if I'll ever receive what I've paid for .I will seriously NEVER order from them again !!!I can't even rate the service as 1 star ,they are so terribl e they are a total zero .
