Makro online is terrible!

Makro online is terrible! Besides the fact that the electric toothbrush that i ordered arrived in a Nike shoebox from a third party, when I logged the return (4 January 2025) I struggled to get them to collect. After phoning multiple times, they collected it 3 weeks later. My refund has been approved and again after phoning multiple times no one can give me answers from the finance department. I’m still waiting for my refund (2 February 2025). Do not order from Makro online!
