Makro online is terrible

Makro online doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Stay away from makro if you don’t want stress. I bought microwaves and cancel same day within an hour after realising it was going to come late, I had to supply it somewhere asap. 2 weeks later the order was not cancelled, each time I called, was told same story that they are escalating it to relevant department. I have not received my refund, they are not replying to my emails. Im so frustrated I don’t know what else to do.
