Makro Online is terrible

Makro online is not a great or reliable service. They should take some tips from Takealot (great service). If you place an online Makro order with multiple items, it will be delivered in drips and d****s. I placed an order on the 3rd of December, received most items, but 3 major items still outstanding. When you try to phone the support line it goes unanswered, you just keep queuing, but no one takes the call. When you email the support email, your only reply is that they are very busy and there will be a delay in responses. I have been waiting almost 2 days for a response. These items were ordered for Christmas, but it seems it will not make it in time for Christmas 2022...
