Makro online is shady never pay them your money

What is going on with my refund I paid you for something you didn’t deliver one was a third party item but the other 2 were from the store I was most upset with your service. Don’t be ******* I want my money back. It’s been months

Who is Europe Mokoena that thinks it’s ok to keep my money for over 2 months never deliver and keep asking me for banking details. This is *****. I’m waiting so long for my money for 2 orders that were over 2 months ago and I keep getting excuses now she wants my banking in pdf format. They know my bank details from the purchase. Is there no supervisor who can handle this immediately

To whoever is dealing with this there were 2 separate orders. The first was for 2 items that you outsourced which was the matcha only 1 was delivered I called and emailed you immediately that was not paid for via payflex so please sort this out.
