Makro online is *******, so unprofessional 😢

Makro online is *******, i bought 20 chairs that need to be assembled, when i open 1 box there was no headrest, i don't understand why they didn't double check if all the boxes had all the parts inside before they seal the boxes, okay fine i reported the matter on the 2nd of March but they don't want to replace the chair, they have been sending me from pillar to post, these guys are unprofessional. what a worst experience 😩😩😩
