Makro online is pathetic

NEVER EVER BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE. Placed an order on 29 November 2024 only got one item from them and from the 4th of December I started calling the customer service, emailing but couldn't get an answer every one I spoke to kept on saying they will get to me regarding my order until I decided to call them to cancel the remaining order on the 19th of December and that still didn't help because everytime I'll call the customer care I will be told that they are processing my cancelation. Called again on the 27th of December the lady I spoke to said that they will look in that matter as it has been escalated minutes after that got an email from Katleho Maleho (Makro) saying I'll get a feedback within 72 hours and still didn't get that feedback. On the 3rd I wrote my complain and on the 4th I got an email from Subusiso Gaula (Makro) followed by a call saying that he is busy with my cancelation and that also didn't work. On the 27th of December i called again the guy I spoke to said nothing was done with my order MAK*** meaning no cancelation was done He then put me through to Makro Vanderbijlpark I spoke to the lady by the name of Tumi she said they didn't know about this query then further said I'll get my refund latest by Friday the 10th of January and today is the 15 of January and still no money in my account.
