Makro online is pathetic!

My order from September 2022 has still not been received in full! Customer care only responds with: "your order has been referred to the relevant department for further assistance", and there has been no assistance. Can't they just give a credit or refund? Makro online is pathetic. Spare yourself the trouble and don't order anything from them online.
