Makro online is OUT OF LINE

I bought an iphone charger on line on the 3rd of Dec 2025. The ETA was 08 Dec 2025. Order didn’t arrive, no one informed me of any delays, I called them on the 9th, all they could say is we apologise for the delay we will escalate and “someone” will call you. Todate my order (Order Number : OD***) is still on order status, not picked, not shipped, not in transit, not out on delivery. This is probably the worse service ever
