Makro Online is One Big JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!

Makro online is one of the biggest jokes and worse service I have ever came across I will never support the online function and I am disappointed by the customer service from a local business. After I had to follow up on a order which I feel I shouldn't have to do as I'm the customer and should be kept updated still now package, it's been more the 5 days delivery policy hell was pushing on 7 days and then the Big blow was the courier service calls me regarding outstanding fee in-order to get my parcel. *** Makro??????????? It's your responsibility to pay and make sure the courier get the parcel to me! not the other way around. After alot on empty promises I canceled the order and now wait to another 5 days before my account is credited.
