Makro ONLINE is OFFLINE

I placed an urgent order on Makro ONLINE on 1 June Received msg and invoice that order was on its way 2 June Received half of order 3 June and cant get response on balance of order Emailed and Called Call Center to get cut off and auto email reply

STILL NO IDEA ON DELIVERY ????
