Makro ONLINE is not capable to do ONLINE business. Call Centre useless

I have the same problem with Makro. Ordered online 21 November 2018. Today is 12 December 2018 and still no delivery. Call Centre is usless. FB is useless.....alway the same CUT AND PASTE message but no action My parcel MAK ********** just do not get delivered. After a long search found the Manager at Cape Gate Makro yesterday. Was promised that the courier company will contact me. Guess what....no contact, no delivery and now this MANAGER does not answer my mails. Makro online is not worth using the name ONLINE....because they cannot handle ONLINE business.

And PLEASE do not give me the CUT AND PASTE message saying how sorry you are bla bla bla. Just deliver my parcel.
