Makro online is nonsense

I bought a Treadmill at Makro online and they sent a wrong one it took the 2 months to fetch it after I have called them every week…after 2months I get a call from Value Express saying their coming to fetch it then it was collected then I had to call them and ask them when they will refund me they are taking me to their Market place the Market place says I should call Massmart, I’m fed up with Makro I call them every week and send emails no response. Makro is nonsense I’m still waiting for refund since May now it’s end of July 😡 I’m so angry I want my R17 000
