Makro Online is nonsense

Bad bad Service .... ordered on the 24th of November and it been 2 weeks and no feedback not response from them.I call everyday with no feedback ,they say they waiting on Makro Carnival.Makro Carnival immediately drops my calls once I gv them my order number MAK***. They are refusing on giving me a refund since they can't deliver nor do they have an idea on where exactly is my order. Makro online is ****...will never order again. I would advice people to never order online...you will spent money on airtime to call them all day as they put you on hold with no answers!
