Makro Online is just a ****

I bought something of the Makro online store and I’m regretting my choice everyday. First order was on special and after payment they cancelled the order and I’m at waiting for refund. The other item is faulty and I requested a return it still has not been collected. The other order was also on special and I received a completely different item, still I have not received the items I ordered nor a refund. Every time I call I’m being told the matter is being escalated but it’s been since the beginning of Feb. I want my money because when we pay they are fast to collect but they can’t keep to their own return policy it’s annoying in general
