Makro online is *********** and expensive
my order number is MAK ********** . I ordered a heater on 1 June 2019. The wrong heater was delivered. I called the call centre 3 times and logged it on the online shopping site. Still no action, and I'm sitting with the wrong heater. BTW, the heater is R170 cheaper at takealot, so this is REALLY the last time I shop online with makro. *********** and expensive is all I have to say.
