MAKRO ONLINE IS HORRIBLE

I Am so unhappy with the service I have received from Makro online. I have placed my order 7 days ago and every time I phone in they say they will contact me back and then they never do. I wait on the line for 20 minutes to talk to a manager and everyone just says they will escalate and phone back and nothing happens and No one ever phones back.

I will never Order at Makro ever again or support them.
