Makro online is ***********

Hellopeter my name is Boitshepo kgare and I'm extremely annoyed with Makro online, I recently made an online order and unfortunately other items were sold out. I get that fact but now since they cancelled those items now for me to get my refund I have to send proof of account, ID copy and three months back statement. What i want to understand is why should it be my problem now? I have ordered from several stores and they refunded my money the same way I paid so why is Makro any different? To add insult to injury once I send the documents Makro finance will contact me and then refund my money, this is by far the most ridiculous experience ever. All I can say to Makro online is that you either do it right or you don't do it at all! Get your act together and fix your mess up system.
