Makro online is dofline

Makro doesn’t in fact have an online service.

I ordered on the 4th Jan, they sent the delivery to the courier company on the 5th Jan. According to their email communication, it was to be delivered on 09 January. It is yet to be delivered

I contacted the call centre; investigation time is 2-5 days! In this day and age 😳 I kid you not. They cannot track the orders when they’ve handed them over to the courier company.

Alternative solutions offered? Zilch… how about ‘Mam, are you able to come collect while we investigate?’. That’d be service.

Instead I’ve had to go buy the very same items elsewhere while waiting for their internal blackhole investigation.
