Makro Online Is Deceiving

I place an order for a 3 plate industrial gas stove on the 11th February 2025 and they delivered on the 14th. I then logged a return immediately after confirming that they delivered and incorrect Item. The stove I ordered was R799 and the stove that was delivered was R319. The item is still not collected with no communication. I call almost everyday and all the do is escalate, Whenever I call I get no feedback. I'm very disappointed with makro online. 2 weeks now and still nothing
