Makro - Online is dead

I'm not happy I bought something online on 16th December it should be delivered tomorrow. Try to email, email address is unknown. Phone them after 6 minutes I got no nearer than before phoning. No updates and no cer*****ies if I will even receive it. I will never use their online service again. If they want to swll rather let us buy in store as your online service is really worst

You can't even get hold of someone at Makro for an answer or to cancel the order. I will never buy anything from Makro onlne. They should just stop the service

I will never ever trust Makro online again and for your 0860 number rather train those staff they are useless and lastly try send yourself an email as on your email address it is also useless and lastly your contact us on your app and your website also useless.

You only respond now because the most lovely lady at the Polokwane branch helped me.

I will never use you again. I got the merchandise from Takealot thanks
