Makro online is *****

I ordered a laundry rack on the 2nd of July and to this date I haven’t received it. When I call I’m told it’s being escalated but nothing happens. Makro is telling me it’s the supplier that’s delaying. Please deliver the stupid thing or refund my account. I will not order anything from your dumb online platform again. Online order #MAK***. Makro took my money and now can’t honour the delivery
