Makro Online is an utter joke / disgrace / disspointment

Place an order (MAK753240) for R11 000 with makro on the 4/12/2017 and the site gave a delivery time of 2-5 working days, as of today the order has been undelivered for 8 days

Their online department don't answer calls / emails & when calling Makro Montague Gardens all they could tell me is that the order is in progress. I explained to them that this order is for a function that is happening tomorrow - they then said they will transfer me to the online manager which was the equivalent of handing a call over to someone that will not pick up at the other side. Obviously with the kind of service Makro is offering their online clients the call centre must be over run with people as unhappy as myself.

Will not make use of Makro online again and I predict that this complaint will be met with the normal cut & paste response from them
