Makro Online is an absolute Joke and had the most *********** call centre staff

Online orders are an absolute joke. They send 5 separate orders from the same store in 5 seperate deliveries. And maybe if you're lucky the order will be correct. I can't even give you 1 example as there are so many. Being in a very rural area, I have to depend on them. The online call centre staff are absolutely and totally *********** and never actually do what they say. Makro - your service needs a total redesign. With Amazon coming to SA I think yourselves and Takealot are in for a surprise. I'm so glad I don't have shares in your company as I've never seen a company waste so much money on poor dispatching and orders. It's a joke.
