Makro online is an absolute dog show and a disgrace to call them self a retailer

Makro on-line is an absolute S%$& show.

Placed order three weeks ago, still no indication of ETA.

After and a half followed up, struggled and eventually somebody called me and said the product I selected and paid for already, was not available and was basically bul**** into a substitute, which I took, so cool they will schedule delivery.

Another week passed, following up with on-line, following up with the store and nobody calls back or gives me an update on the date, just saying the status on their computer says pick exception.

So paid a lot of money and with hours of frustrating follow ups, l now I get to enjoy my month holiday without my goods.

Thanks Makro on my worst shopping experience ever and the reason I had to create a hello peter account.
