Makro online is an absolute disaster

If I could I would honestly give Makro negative 5 stars. The online store is an absolute joke, don't even get me started on their customer care cos it does not exist at all. I placed an order for a Tv which I had been saving up for months for, on the 27th of July I placed and paid for my order online. About a week went by without hearing anything from them, I sent an email enquiring the status of my order. It was only then that I was told that they no longer had stock of the Tv I ordered and they were trying to arrange an alternative substitute for me. Today is the 1st of Sep and I am sitting here with egg on my face feeling like I am being victimised by such a large corporation. You guys honestly should be ashamed of yourselves, and you should do us all a favour and close down your online store cos you clearly don't have the competence to run it. And I am so tired of the apologies and endless empty promises, just give me my order. You guys are a bunch of bullies.
