Makro Online is a waste!!

This is by far the worst place to buy things online.

Ordered a book on April. Courier guy then said he was outside my premises (by SMS) Went outside, he wasn’t there Called Makro/Courier to rearrange delivery, the driver was nowhere to be found.

Called back in May, then I was told my address was incomplete and the book never left the couriers warehouse and that they will return it to the seller. I then requested a full refund, as I then went to Takelot, to which Makro seemed okay with.

It is now 2nd July, I have not received any refund nor have I been called by the “follow up team” from Makro

I have gone from feeling dissatisfied to disrespected.

if you ever need anything online, go to Takealot, hell Amazon delivers faster, even when the items have to be checked by Customs
