Makro online is a **** , there’s no recourse and no refund

If you’re reading this , it’s too late for you I suppose! Purchased 2 aircons from Makro online 3 weeks ago , no delivery till today , just lies and excuses, can’t even get my money back , what a **** . (The stupid app has been stuck on delivery pending for 3 weeks now ) I’ve called the online help desk every day for 5 days straight with the promise of an escalation and one of the managers will call me back every time, don’t fall for it , they are just trying to get you off the line , their managers are always conveniently in a meeting, and you can never get connected to the same agent for some sort of accountability, and follow up.
