Makro online is a ****

Makro online purchases is so unreliable. I purchased a console table that wasn't to my satisfaction. When I took it to the store to return it, they said ut needed to be an online return and refund. I sent through all the necessary information and to this day I'm still waiting to have them come pick up their ugly table and return my money. All they are doing now is stall so that I run out of time for the returns policy. They don't want to pay my money back. They are ignoring my emails. Its been almost a month and a half.
