Makro Online is a **** !!!!!

Purchased a product on 21 July’19, was advised that it would be delivered by 26 July’19 which did not happen. I called the customer centre which is absolutely useless and staff have a don’t care attitude. Escalated the matter to Head Office and still no response. So, they have been sitting with my money for over 10 days now with no product being delivered, which is a total **** !!! Their staff are useless and *********** at every level, frustrating that they cannot even tell when it will be delivered.

Please do not respond to this message with a useless apology, get your act together or customers will shop somewhere else !!!
