MAKRO ONLINE IS A ****!!!

I placed an order on the 29th of Nov with the following ref: MAK ********** and it has not been delivered. I have called the online support 3x. The first time the lady on the phone told me it was still being packaged and that she would call the packaging department then get back to me, which she never! The second time, the lady told me one of my orders were cancelled because they were out of stock, I was never contacted regarding this matter and I asked who cancelled this order and when will I get my refund back, I waited on the line for a long time and she told me she will call me back as the guy is in the head offices BUT SHE NEVER CALLED BACK!! I called again yesterday and I was told the same information, that you would call me back but you never did, I even let my mums South African number since am not in the country, none of us received calls from Makro yet you can cancel someones order without even explaining to the customer what is going on ad when I should expect my refund!!!!

Their service is beyond pathetic, frankly it is disgusting. I have been trying to get HOLD of the Head offices but no-one answers the calls there!!!!
