Makro online is a ****... prove me wrong !!!

Ordered a swimming pool, ETA. 10th Dec. When I tried to track the order it said iit was handed to the courier, I made contact with the courier, they denied picking it up, and there was no tracking no. Macro would not give me any dates and times, and never came back to me on the whereabouts of the pool. Its a ****, cancelled the order which they did without even a query and a ref no.given no problem. I must wait 10 to 14 days for a refund. This is how they make money, give you the run around while my money lies in the bank for more than 3 weeks then hopefully refund. A legal ****, disgusting
