Makro online is a no no

We purchased 3× compatible mach3 blades pack of 8 from makro in Dec 2024. They delivered it on the 18 Jan 2025. My husband tried one of the blades and it bruised his skin so logged a return and refund a week later. They picked it up on the early Feb and after numerous phone calls and frustrating responses we still haven't concluded this transaction. My husband spoke to them last week and they said they were not refunding and that they was gonna send the blades back. But only 1 pack was sent back last Friday. They haven't called us concerning the other 2 packs. They kept making us like idiots telling us we was gonna get refunded . They even requested our banking details and my husband's Identity documents and said they were gonna refund and then they decided to change their minds. We have wasted so much airtime on this and they have not called us once with a update. I will never ever order from makro online again actually I don't think I'll ever go to a makro store again. This is unacceptable . I want my money . They take ur money quick but find all kinds of excuse not to pay u back. We are very frustrated with this.
