MAKRO ONLINE IS A NO GO ZONE!

Makro advertises products that they do not have in stock online. Clients pay and are informed via email days after that they do not have the products in stock. No alternative is suggested. Refunds are not immediate so you can purchase where you want to. You wait for 10 days or more for your refund. I purchased online on 1 February 2025 and it is now 12 February 2025 with no refund. I contacted their client services line from 6 February 2025 and every working day since with promises made of a refund after my queries were escalated. Calls are dropped, and false promises are made. Their national number online is *** which does not exist. Pathetic customer service, the worst online service in the country.
