Makro Online is a no go

Over a month of waiting for my items to arrive and well over 20 emails later still nothing or even an indication as to when I can expect it.

Just a whole lot of generic emails promising to escalate it. I really don't. know what to do now.

I would highly recommend reconsidering buying from Makro online if you were thinking of it.
