Makro Online is a nightmare

It is now the second time I am posting here. On my previous report the response was that Makro sent me a private message, however they did not. Today I AGAIN called Makro call centre to follow up on the 3 missing items from my December 2024 order, number MAK***. The agent confirmed that this was escalated several times and that it is with Makro Centurion to either deliver or to refund me. She said however their line is off and they are not responding to their escalations. Asking if I could talk to a manager, she put me on hold and then I was cut off.
