Makro online is a nightmare

I placed an order online for an appliance and was given an ETA for the 8th, I decided to stay home to wait for the order. When I called 8 was told I would receive my order the following day, waited and nothing. Called again and I was told it would be delivered the next day, waited again and nothing. I keep being told it's on it way but nothing. I'm annoyed and feel disrespected for the time wasted. Makro online is a nightmare, rather go to the store.
