Makro online is a ****. NEVER BUY MAKRO ONLINE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Poor customer service. This is my second time writing this NEVER buy online,they quick to take your money but useless when it's time to get refunds due to their poor products. They are selling poor quality products that break after few months and will struggle to get your refund.

I had written a bad review after I was advised that I could get help, but just got an email to send my banking details then they went MIA again. I have been making calls everyday and keeping getting the same script " we escalate to relevant departments " but nothing is happening. Just decided to log a complaint with consumer goods and services ombuds, if nothing happens I'm opening a case for ***** against makro.
