Makro online is a ****ming store

My order is MAK*** I ordered 7 products on the 2nd of December. I received 4/7 each separately after 4 days each. I haven’t received the rest of my products and there is no communication from them, no one replies my emails or WhatsApp. They don’t want to refund my money.I’m angry and I’m dissatisfied and disappointed. It’s a lot of money for me. Makro is the worst online shop ever and they must stop saying things they delivered in the next day because they don’t.
