Makro Online is a joke - will leave you with no product and no refund

Makro Online is a real joke … a physical footprint store trying to do ‘online’ and failing dismally.

My online order was placed 2 months ago: - completely wrong item delivered - correct item has never been delivered - it took until last week to collect the incorrect item - no sign of a refund and no sign of any response …

There is no online service or return or query functionality … I have tried the call centre … the customer service email … and every time get told my issue has been ‘escalated’.

Even tried going into the local physical store and got told they couldn’t assist as this was an Online order ….

Avoid Makro Online at all costs … when things go working there is no way to resolve.
