Makro online is a joke, service is zero

Ordered Online Oasis non stick cast iron online and was delivered leopard, I took no notice coz it was the colour that I wanted so I unpacked the pots. Later on I went on the website to view pots specifications and found that the pots are not non stick, so immediately I packed the pots to their original packaging unused the very same day and lodged a return to Makro as I didn't want to take the chance and used the pots and be disappointed at the end, to cut the story short pots were collected over a month ago and return still pending. I've wrote emails but no response. Makro online is a joke and they shouldn't involve third parties because they can't keep up
