Makro online is a joke

I bought a fan online from Makro on the 27th of November 2024. The fan gets delivered and its broken. I then log a return for this item the same day it was delivered and they did not accept the return of this item. I have been trying to call the for the last 2 weeks, I sit on the phone listening to the same song over and over just to get the phone put down on me.

Makro have ****** R400 from me and they have given me a fan that is broken.

If you would like something that you pay for do not use Makro!
