Makro online is a joke

I wanted to buy an iPhone 13 that was in very limited supply everywhere. Makro online indicated they had stock but to double-check I called their online sales department to be assured that if it was available to purchase on the www site then they DEFINITELY had it in stock. 14 days later and still no delivery so I email them to ask them to cancel the order and refund my money. I finally get a reply on 8-Dec to say my refund has been processed.

The problem is it hasn't and more than a month later Makro are not replying to my emails and if they did refund me, I'd like to know where? They also take days / weeks to reply to any communication so it is EXTREMELY frustrating trying to get anything done.
